The Recipe
Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted & diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno, diced
a bundle of cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
Tip: use as much or as little of the cilantro and jalapeno as you want.
Instructions
1) Prepare the salsa: In a large bowl, add all diced ingredients: mango, bell pepper, red onion and jalapeno. Stir. Add cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir once more.
Tip: The longer it sits, the more flavorful it gets.
2) Serve and enjoy! Eat with your favorite tortilla chips or on a tasty shrimp or fish taco.
