The Recipe
Ingredients
1-2 bundles of radishes, de-stemmed & halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
1 lemon
a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 400F.
2) Prepare the radishes: In a large bowl, toss halved radishes in olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and juice of half the lemon. Coating each radish evenly.
3) Bake radishes: Place radishes on a baking sheet. Make sure each radish is touching the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
4) Garnish and enjoy! Once cooled, remove the radishes from the pan and into a serving dish. Squeeze the other half of lemon over the radishes and stir in chopped parsley. Enjoy as an easy snack or as a delicious side dish.
