The Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. mozzarella, finely shredded
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, fully drained & chopped
6 oz. frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed of excess liquid
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a small oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray.
2) Mix together the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until fully combined. Next, stir in artichokes and spinach. 3) Bake until golden and delicious: Spread the mixture in prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until heated through and melty.
4) Serve and enjoy! Indulge with warm tortilla chips, Fritos, or your favorite cracker!
